The list below provides a synopsis of ImageStream services that are available to router customers.

Consulting - ImageStream offers free pre-sales consulting. Whether you need to know which ImageStream products will work in your application, or whether you want an expert to review your final network design, an ImageStream Application Engineer is available to help you.

Technical Support - Many customers have expressed their belief that ImageStream's 24/7 technical support is the best in the business. ImageStream technical support starts with a dedicated support site that provides answers to most technical support questions, and it finishes with live support from an experienced staff engineer who can answer your questions via e-mail, fax, or telephone.

Managed Service Plan (MSP) - ImageStream's MSP provides a cost-effective way for network operators to extend their technical staff to include the ImageStream engineering team. The MSP offers 24/7 coverage that can be used to program extends the year of warranty and technical support that is included with each router to years 2 and 3. Many organizations choose to purchase an ESP service plan to ensure that technical support and normal repair costs are limited to a fixed expense.

Training - ImageStream offers customized seminars for companies and individuals who would like to learn more about ImageStream routers.

Certification - ImageStream provides three levels of official certifications. These courses are designed to teach students about ImageStream technologies. The certification courses will provide students with the knowledge required to deploy even the most challenging network designs using ImageStream Linux and the Inetics networking platform.

Factory Service - ImageStream provides repair services at the factory to resolve any problems that may occur with your ImageStream router. Paid factory service is available for all ImageStream products after the standard warranty period has expired.

On-Site Service - ImageStream offers on-site service including consulting, support, training, and installation. In many cases, ImageStream can provide these services without the additional cost of transporting personnel to your facilities. In some cases, however, you may require paid on-site service, and ImageStream is equipped to satisfy your on-site service requirements.

TTP Services - ImageStream has teamed up with Intelleq™ to provide proven TTP solutions for CALEA compliance. ImageStream chose Intelleq as its preferred TTP because Intelleq provides best-in-class CALEA compliance services at an affordable price for small to midsize service providers.
